Do you do personalised orders?
Yes! I absolutely love to make personalised orders, but this is subject to stock of colours and materials. Please fill in the contact us form to enquire about a personalised order.
Do you ship outwith the UK?
Unfortunately shipping is limited to just UK at the moment, but in the future we hope to deliver to all of Europe!
How much is shipping?
Shipping is £3.99. However, if you are local and able to collect your order then this will be refunded.
What is the expected delivery time?
Delivery time may vary, depending on order size and items. However, most items will reach the customer within 7-12 business days.
What materials do you use?
Materials vary depending on product
- Bags are made with 100% recycled t-shirt yarn
- Toys are made with 100% polyester
- Clothing is made with 100% cotton
- Flowers are made with 100% acrylic
- Other accessories will vary.
How should i wash my product?
We would recommend hand washing with a gentle soap and laying flat to dry.
Do you accept refunds/exchanges?
We do not accept refunds or exchanges.
